It seems that no one is able to assist us with any support related concerns.

We have been ignored for over 3-months and our salesperson nor management seem to care!

Hi Eric - Do you have a ticket number I can follow up on for you? I know your customer success manager has been involved in your case, but I can certainly look into what’s happening in more detail.

I have been in touch with my salesperson, Jimin Ham and Jordan Doane for weeks now. He says, development is looking into it, but we do not get a response unless we shake the tree.

Mr. Ham said he cannot do anything and Jordan blows us off and NEVER responds to us.

We’re all busy, but there comes a point that support is a joke and your paying customer is forgotten about.

We have a running joke that the whole team is at the beach riding waves and getting high, so they don’t have time for us.

It is making us lean to different software due to the lack of support!

There are so many things from:

-Glass is the only material that allows light to pass through a transparent material.

-The software does not do well with textures behind other transparent materials

-You need to have a void or air gap between a transparent material

The list goes on, but when you’re paying maintenance, you would expect an answer, not being ignored for weeks

Thank you @eric.syversen - as I mentioned in my email to you earlier today, I am looking into this with our head of support and we will have a response & next steps for you by tomorrow at the latest. I appreciate your patience as I look into what happened here.
